I am Virginia Jenkins,

a mindfulness-based coach with a background in clinical psychology and training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I bring a trauma-informed approach to my work with individuals, groups, and organizations.

 

I work at the intersection of “doing” coaching, which is usually more goal- and results-oriented, and “being” coaching, which connects with your internal world, interpersonal relationships, and the systems you live and work in.
